Refund Policy Summary

  • Subscription Service: Full refund within 7 days of payment if service is unused
  • One-time Package: Full refund available before first campaign launch
  • Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after request

Article 1 (Purpose)

This refund policy is intended to regulate matters concerning payment and refunds for the MirageDefense phishing training simulation service (hereinafter referred to as 'Service') provided by MirageDefense Inc. (hereinafter referred to as 'Company').

Article 2 (Subscription Service Refunds)

Refunds for subscription services (Starter, Growth, Business plans) are processed as follows.

1. Full Refund Conditions

  • Within 7 days from payment date
  • No phishing campaigns sent
  • AI template generation feature not used

2. Partial Refund (Annual Subscription)

For mid-term cancellation of annual subscriptions, partial refunds are available as follows:

  • Calculate used months at monthly rate and refund the difference
  • Annual discount benefit (20%) not applied on refund
  • Refund Amount = Annual Payment - (Monthly Rate × Used Months)
Example: Growth Annual Plan ($3,348) used for 3 months Refund Amount = $3,348 - ($349 × 3 months) = $2,301

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

  • After 7 days from payment date (monthly subscription)
  • One or more phishing campaigns sent
  • Promotional or special discount applied
  • Service restriction due to terms of service violation
